Operations Supervisor Position

Imagine Health Centres is looking for a first rate full-time Operations Supervisor who has a solid understanding of accounting for multiple companies that required intercompany transfers, high ethical standards, proactive in nature and has exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.  This position may require some travel and hours of work may be required in the evening and weekends.

Job Description

Under the direct supervision of the Provincial Director of Operations and in collaboration with the Clinical Supervisor and Accounting team, the Operations Supervisor is responsible for the day to day operations and financial management of Imagine Health Centres.

 

Measures of Accountability:

  • Ability to maintain day-to-day operational activities
  • Extent to which financial operations are managed
  • Accurate coding of all invoices
  • Timely release of accurate financial reports to Executive Team on a monthly basis
  • Accurate and timely recording of intercompany transactions
  • Accurate and timely submission of company audit documents to auditor by end of January
  • Extent to which instructions are executed
  • Ability to work as an integral team member
  • Ability to work cohesively with other team members

What you bring:

  • Accounting designation
  • Two or more year’s proven supervisor experience required in an operational or financial capacity
  • Advanced to Expert knowledge of Quickbooks required
  • Advanced knowledge of intercompany transaction & reconciliations
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Experience in a healthcare setting
  • Strong computer skills and experience required
  • Excellent attention to detail and professionalism
  • Handles confidential and sensitive information with poise, tact and diplomacy
  • Must have an understanding of ethics of confidentiality
  • Own personal vehicle and ability to commute

Pharmacy Technician (Certified)

Calgary Macleod Trail South  – Imagine Health Centres is expanding and looking for the best to join us Immediately!

Imagine Health Centre is a multidisciplinary medical clinic that provides physician, physiotherapy, massage therapy, fitness training and pharmacy services. We are looking for a positive, enthusiastic and team oriented individual to join our Centre in South Calgary. This is a part-time position with flexible hours Monday through Friday.

Job Description: To assist the clinic pharmacist with processing and dispensing medications as well as providing an outstanding customer experience to our patients and clinic associates.

Duties Include:

  • Welcoming and assisting our patients
  • Data entry into the Kroll pharmacy system
  • Accurate dispensing of prescription medications
  • Checking and processing medication blister packs
  • Maintaining both pharmacy and front shop inventory
  • Cashier responsibilities
  • Assisting clinic staff
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications for this position:

  • 2-3 years experience an asset
  • Certification from an accredited program
  • Familiar with Kroll pharmacy software
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Available to work flexible hours Monday through Friday

Qualifications/Skills:

  • BScPT or CPA-approved equivalent

  • Previous experience in the areas of clinical musculoskeletal dysfunction, fitness appraisals, completion of FAEs, work/functional evaluation and work hardening is an asset
  • Excellent written communication skills required for the preparation of comprehensive reports
