Announcment: COVID-19

The information below is an update regarding COVID-19, otherwise known as the Corona Virus.

As per recommendations from World Health Organization and Alberta Health Services, we are taking all precautions to help reduce the spread of COVID-19.  Because it is often difficult to tell the difference between the common cold, flu and COVID, ALL patients that meet one or more of the following criteria are encouraged to self-isolate and stay home.

Do you have a Fever, Cough, Runny nose, Sore throat, Extreme tiredness, Nausea, Vomiting and/or Diarrhea?  Were you traveling and have any of the above symptoms?  Did you travel out of country within the last 14 days?

For the safety of our staff, physicians, other healthcare professional and the public, we are NOT accepting patients into the clinic that meet any of the criteria noted.

Your care is important to us and  we are pleased to announce that Imagine Health Physicians are offering phone consultations with patients in the interim.  Please call our office to book a phone consult with your family physician.

If you are having symptoms that include shortness of breath, please call 911.
